I've been 3 months in Finland.
Everything is so great so far. I made a lot of new friends here, international friends, most of them are from Russia, some are Finnish, also even I met a lot of good vietnamese fellow here, too.
My life in Finland is very nice, even sometimes everything seem too boring and melancholy. However, it is just a little, most of my time in Finland is fantastic!
Weather in Finland is a lot colder than my home country, but I like it. I really love walking to the university and feeling the cool breeze of early morning. Additionally, it began to snow at the beginning of this week. This is the first time I ever seen snow. Although it is a little bit of difficult in walking because the road is very slippery (I fell 3 or 4 times in this week), it is still awesome. I really want to skiing when the snow is thick enough.
I study in Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences as IT student, in Mikkeli City. The environment here is very good and I have nothing to complain. Computer labs are awesome and I usually stay late after school to do my research, homework there, too. One thing I don't like is there are too much Russian classmates and I heard Russian all the time (no offense). Still, they are very friendly and we share many laughs in class.
There are one thing in Finland I really like is sauna. It is sooo soooo sooo great that I go to sauna with my friends at least once a week. Feeling very healthy everytime after going to sauna.
Well, first time abroad, first time live far away from home, everything is totally new. Still, missing my country,my family, my friends back home, but the exciting things in new place are strong enough to push back these sadness feelings and make me enjoying the present.
P.s: I still make fractal but I don't feel they are mature enough to publish
Have a nice day and happy Thanksgiving everyone!
